3G Synthetic Pitch COVID 19 Control Measures

  • The 3G is available for group usage
  • Payments will be taken by card at reception.
  • If a group has an account with The Peace Link the session will go on the groups account.
  • The maximum permitted on the 3G including coaches for a training session must adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines of set by the governing body of that sport.
  • Participants will observe Social Distancing gap recommended by the HSE.
  • Participants must have completed a COVID users’ questionnaire (HR0029). If anyone answers “yes” to any of the question in the questionnaire the group will not permit that athlete to take part in the training session. This is to ensure we are preventing the spread of COVID-19 and reducing the potential risk of exposure to our workforce and visitors. In respect of members under 18, this will require full contact details for parents/guardians. This will facilitate contact tracing in the event of a suspected COVID 19 case.
  • Participants should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start time of the session.
  • Participants must be ready to train as no changing facilities will be provided.
  • External toilets will be available for use and sanitizing equipment will be provided for users to clean the area after use.
  • All users are required to bring their own hand sanitizer for use to each session.
  • Participants will enter & exit the 3G by the main large gates.
  • Hand sanitizer will be in place at the main large gates to the 3G.
  • Signage will be in place to remind users to hand sanitize, to catch coughs and sneezes in tissues – Follow Catch it, Bin it, kill it and to avoid touching face, eyes, nose or mouth with unclean hands.
  • Drink bottles, clothing and equipment should not be shared by participants.
  • Participants will be responsible for the sanitizing off any Peace Link equipment before and after use e.g. goals and footballs.
  • The Peace Link will not be providing any cones or bibs.
  • Groups must strictly adhere to training times the next group session will be due to start 15 minutes after your session ends and your group will need to have left the 3G before they enter.
